Yes. Our lead audiologist, Isaac Thompson, holds a BSc (Hons) in audiology, is HCPC-registered and is a member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA).

Free for over 60s, £100 for under 60s. Each test includes diagnostic pure-tone audiometry, otoscopy and a written diagnostic report.

Around 60 minutes. The clinic team does not rush appointments. Every patient leaves with a written report and clear next-step recommendations.

Yes, you are more than welcome to do so. A partner, family member or close friend is often the most useful person to discuss real-life difficulty with, and their observations add to your own.

£50 for one ear, £70 for both ears (includes a complimentary hearing screener). Most appointments take 30 minutes.

Primarily microsuction, the clinical gold standard. Irrigation and manual extraction are also available where clinically appropriate, including for ears with perforation, grommets or previous surgery.

Yes. Three to five drops a night for three to five nights before the appointment softens the wax and makes removal easier.

£3,600 for a full six-month course, including the initial 90-minute assessment, the device for six months, fitting, the mid-stage review and the 12-week outcome appointment.

No. Lenire reduces tinnitus impact and loudness for the majority of suitable patients. Clinical trials showed approximately 86% percent of suitable patients had clinically meaningful improvement at twelve weeks, with outcomes sustained at twelve-month follow-up.

Four to six years is typical. The clinic services hearing aids throughout their life and advises patients honestly when it is time to replace them.

Yes. Hear Now Clinic provides custom ear impressions for musicians' plugs, swim plugs, shooting plugs, sleep plugs, motorbike plugs and custom in-ear monitors. Custom impressions are £80 for one ear and £100 for both.
