The Hear Now Clinic is an independent audiology clinic based in the heart of Belfast with various satellite locations, serving a diverse range of patients across Northern Ireland. Owned and managed by Isaac Thompson, the Hear Now Clinic reflects a lifelong commitment to excelling in delivering exceptional, person-centered care in the field of hearing. 

Isaac is our Managing Director and Audiology Lead being registered with HCPC and BSHAA. He graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with 1st class honours in BSc in Audiology. He began his training in the NHS and was exposed to a variety of complex hearing losses including severe/profound cases. Originally started as Gillespie Hearing care in 2018 By Mr Lindsay Gillespie, the clinic built up a stellar reputation throughout Northern Ireland of delivering excellent hearing care to a variety of clients . Upon retiring in January 2025, Lindsay passed the care of the clinic to Isaac Thompson who carries it on in his stead. This legacy of care, integrity, and clinical excellence has shaped the foundation of Hear Now Clinic and drives its commitment to improving the lives of those with hearing and communication challenges whether they be caused by earwax, hearing loss or tinnitus.
