The Belfast clinic is the main Hear Now Clinic location, set inside The Mount Business Centre just off the Cregagh Road. The clinic team see patients here four days a week for diagnostic hearing tests, microsuction ear wax removal, hearing aid fittings and follow-ups, custom ear plugs, and Lenire tinnitus treatment. Ground floor, on-site parking, no waiting list, no GP referral needed.
Services available at the Belfast clinic
Diagnostic hearing test — £100 (free for over 60s) Full pure-tone audiometry and otoscopy with a written diagnostic report. Around 45 minutes. Same-day report.
Microsuction ear wax removal — £50 single ear, £70 both ears Safe, gentle, no syringing, no irrigation. The clinic team use medical-grade microsuction with direct visualisation. Usually 20-30 minutes from check-in to clear ears.
Hearing aid fitting — from £1,800 per pair Independent across all major manufacturers: Phonak, Oticon, Widex, Starkey, Signia, ReSound. Fitting includes verification, real-ear measurement, and aftercare for the life of the device.
Lenire tinnitus treatment — £3,600 Hear Now Clinic is Northern Ireland's official Lenire partner. The Belfast clinic runs full assessment, fitting and the 12-week treatment protocol on site.
Custom ear impressions — £80 single ear, £100 both ears For swim plugs, in-ear monitors, motorcycle plugs, hunting and shooting protection, sleep plugs.

Parking: Free on-site parking right outside the building. Ground-floor clinic with step-free access.
Public transport: Translink Metro 6 and 6A (City Centre to Forestside) stop on the Cregagh Road within a 4-minute walk. NIR train to Botanic or City Hospital is about a 12-minute drive away.
Driving from outside Belfast: Off the A24 / Ormeau Road heading south, or A55 ring road. The Mount has its own signposted entrance.

Do I need a GP referral? No. Hear Now Clinic is an independent private clinic, so you can book directly. Many patients come because the NHS waiting list is too long.
Can I get a same-week appointment in Belfast? Usually yes. The Belfast clinic runs four days a week with multiple appointment slots per day, so we can almost always find you a slot within 3-5 working days. Urgent ear wax removal is often same-day.
Where do I park? Free on-site parking outside the building. Spaces are first-come, first-served but rarely full.
Is the clinic accessible if I have mobility issues? Yes. The clinic is on the ground floor with step-free access from the car park to the consulting room. No stairs, no lift required.
How do I get there from Belfast city centre? About a 10-minute drive south down the Ormeau Road or via the A24. Translink Metro 6 and 6A from Belfast city centre stop on the Cregagh Road, a 4-minute walk away.
